This Clinical Adoption Consultant, is situated within the Clinical Programs and Strategy team, involves assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements, identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems, and solving moderately complex problems or conducting moderately complex analyses. The individual works with minimal guidance, seeking assistance only for the most complex tasks, and translating concepts into practice. They provide explanations and information on difficult issues, coach and guide others, and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Canada (except for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work is primarily self-directed, requiring minimal supervision except for highly complex tasks
  • Responsibilities include addressing moderately complex and unstructured issues, interpreting customer needs, and identifying solutions to non-standard problems
  • Serves as a resource to others by providing guidance, coaching, and clear explanations on difficult topics
  • Applies strategic thinking informed by industry trends and innovation to enhance processes and identify growth opportunities
  • Utilizes data-driven decision-making to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and mitigate risks with a patient-centric approach
  • Demonstrates proficiency in process mapping and continuous improvement
  • Translate abstract concepts into practical applications that support operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree/ equivalent and 2+ years of experience in clinical medical imaging which includes patient care/ handling
  • ARRT credentials
  • Advanced knowledge of imaging department workflows
  • Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and test ideas
  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities aligned with business and innovation strategies
  • Deliver clear explanations and information to colleagues
  • Possess advanced presentation skills

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $66,200 to $137,400 annually. Add the Additional reference to account for variable pay if Sales (84-92). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc
