The Data and Systems Integration Engineer primary focus of this position is to provide data analysis, extraction, or manipulation of data within Change Healthcare on prem PACS and Cloud products. This position is also responsible for the integration with third party such as PACS systems or HL7 interfaces.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading customer satisfaction
- Perform problem diagnosis/resolution at customer sites and remotely. Perform trial run of systems to ensure performance meets the established specifications
- Perform hardware/software installation, system configuration, quality test, and documentation according to Radiology, and Stratus defined processes
- Performing functional inspections of installed systems (remote and on-site) including data monitoring and validations to minimize errors according to Radiology, Workflow and Consulting Services defined processes
- Provide feedback concerning workflow issues, performance or other issues and make recommendations for service/tools improvements
- Generate customer reports such as progress, verifications, and exceptions
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Design and implement tools and scripts to improve efficiency of our database related services and tasks
- Work with customer to Modify existing or create new HL7 Interfaces
- Participate in complex design discussions internally and with customers
- Participate in quoting process for custom database work
- Assist other team members in troubleshooting complex issues

Required Qualifications:
- Working in AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud platform, BigQuery, Spanner, MS SQL, Postgres and Oracle Databases.
- Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS or DICOM required, migration of PACS data from one vendor to another.
- Experience leading and managing multiple projects, project management software skills an asset
- Ideal candidate will also have solid customer skills.
- Knowledge of Cloud Storage, SAN Storage
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service attitude will be an asset
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees; Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working on Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems.
- Setting up of Google Transfer Appliances.
- Requires Travel: up to 20%

- A PostgreSQL Database Administrator (DBA)

Canada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $171,900 annually/per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
