You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Capability to work multi-platforms
  • Works independently with little to no supervision
  • Leads end to end business requirements gathering process
  • Evaluates technology and completes options and risk analysis
  • Develops and drives innovative solutions; apply understanding of how various solutions to solve problems
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure system efficiency in support of business needs
  • Define strategies to address requirements
  • Champions opportunities for innovation by shaping methodology approach
  • Offers opportunities and suggestions on how to improve the solution
  • Leads quality improvement processes
  • Drives a quality culture by example, encouraging quality practices in others
  • Initiates and implements strategies to embed quality practices in culture
  • Provides Technical Documentation on present and proposed solutions
  • Provides Architectural diagrams on present and proposed solutions
  • Has a strong financial acumen to manage budgets and spend
  • Develops and delivers training regarding business systems

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
  • 5+ years of experience in developing architectural diagrams
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management
  • Ability to travel 10%

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $171,900 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
