We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will be a force multiplier for our team-supporting leaders who operate at the highest levels externally while helping all of us stay aligned, prepared, and operating at our best.
You will serve as the primary administrative partner to the SVP of Federal Government Relations while also supporting four Vice Presidents who are externally facing lobbyists. You'll help manage the rhythm, priorities, and execution of a 10-person team-ensuring we operate with precision, speed, and impact.

Primary Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across our team
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and expenses for four Vice Presidents, while providing direct support to the SVP
- Coordinate team-wide scheduling in a fast-moving, externally driven environment
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and remove friction so our team can focus on impact
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures while supporting administrative and operational workflows
Actively Collaborate and Partner across the Executive Assistant Team
- Partner closely across the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coordination of executive priorities and day-to-day operations
- Support planning and execution of team activities, including meetings, offsites, and engagement initiatives
- Develop working knowledge of internal systems and protocols, including invoicing systems, travel and expense portals, and purchase ordering systems
Enable high-quality, high-stakes engagement
- Prepare packages of materials for internal strategy sessions and external meetings with Members of Congress and senior stakeholders
- Ensure leaders are fully prepared-logistically and strategically-for every engagement
Contribute to how we operate and improve
- Actively participate in team discussions-identifying issues, solving problems, and improving how we work
- Bring a project management mindset-helping drive initiatives forward and ensuring outcomes are achieved
- Serve as a connector across our team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Leverage tools and technology to work smarter
- Use AI and emerging tools to streamline workflows, improve outputs, and increase efficiency
- Support and organize team systems, including SharePoint and CRM tools, to improve access to information and coordination

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in complex or externally facing environments
- Experience managing travel, expenses, and executive scheduling
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven impeccable personal character and high integrity; able to represent the company with the highest standards of professionalism in internal and external settings
- Experience with Lobbying Disclosure Act tracking for compliance
- Ability to be a team player who works well with others
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Experience supporting government affairs, policy, or externally facing teams
- Experience using CRM tools and managing or organizing SharePoint systems
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proven solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 to $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
