This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall appearance and functionality of Innovation Center
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (facilities, custodial, building management, caterers, etc.)
- Preparations for On-Site Visits (greet guests, creation and management of name badges, tent cards, visitor access, advancing meeting rooms, administrative support for our hosts, etc.)
- Manage scheduling of the spaces within the Innovation Center
- Engage in frequent communication with Experience Management team
- Manage special projects / tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination within a corporate OR hospitality setting
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an office environment, including familiarity with standard office procedures, tools, and etiquette.
- 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with four days per week onsite at 701 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in acting as a concierge etc
- Experience working with a healthcare company
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within commutable distance to the office at 701 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004.
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
