Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a high degree of expertise in revenue cycle operations, technical processes, and reports
  • Meet with customers to determine areas of focus to maximize their investment
  • Lead design sessions with customers to determine goals and objectives resulting in the assembly of a framework for effectively implementing and utilizing RCM solutions into the customer's operations
  • Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to clients for decision-making and strategic planning as a result of design, assessment / health check and/or optimization during a transformation engagement
  • Execute on plan to increase customer adoption of solutions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Provide best practices on usage of the RCM Solutions owned and ability to position other solutions to achieve maximum outcomes
  • Utilize keen problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes for the customer
  • Work closely with cross functional project team on all aspects of each project to ensure milestones are met according to the project plan
  • Provide and present executive summary presentations based on recommendations and findings which may include monthly reports regarding progress of engagement reflecting trend in achieving outcomes
  • Collect and analyze customer utilization data to identify opportunities for increased adoption  
  • In conjunction with Client Management work with staff at all levels of a customer organization, including director, VP, and C-suite for implementation design sessions to proactive reviews of utilization
  • Be involved with Sales, Client Management, Customer Care, Education and Product Management where appropriate to aid in client success
  • Develop and refine internal team processes for maximum efficiency and success

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years with strong Middle Revenue experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in Inpatient/outpatient Coding departments
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
  • Identifies and proposes resolutions for systems issues or changes to Product Management for possible enhancements
  • Gather critical information from client, internal departments, effectively negotiate and resolve all issues relative to the solution design and timing of deliverables driving value outcomes
  • Analyze payer trends, internal revenue cycle reports, productivity measures, etc., to identify issues and effect appropriate change
  • Proven to possess the ability to drive change and effectively manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a production/quality driven environment
  • Proven solid project delivery methodology skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative group
  • Proven excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in at least three of the following:
    • Consulting experience
    • Client management experience
    • Project management experience
    • Experience working in the health care industry
    • Experience presenting to senior executive level audience
    • Experience facilitating training sessions
    • Demonstrable analytical reasoning or quantitative analysis
  • CDI experience
  • Power BI and BI analytics experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
