We are seeking an experienced, analytical and motivated Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians in the Woodinville, WA office. In this fast - paced role, you would manage Pharmacy Technicians to ensure productivity and improve current processes. Schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.  

Location: Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy, 8131 W Bostian Rd, Woodinville, WA

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing Pharmacy Technician staff productivity and quality
  • Managing projects as needed
  • Acting as the SME for processes and policies
  • Identifying potential issues that interfere with workflow
  • Determining and implementing process improvements
  • Identifying trends and ensuring fair workload distribution
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the team through feedback, performance management and development conversations

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Washington or a current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in another state with the ability to obtain a Washington license within 90 days of hire
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy experience
  • 2+ years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience within a pharmacy operation
  • National Technician Certification (PTCB)
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Managed Care experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Visio

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
