Location: 8131 W Bostian Rd Suite A345, Woodinville, WA 98072
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-hours shifts between 8:30am-5:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with ordering, receiving, counting, and maintaining inventory.
- Unpack and ensure proper placement of received inventory according to storage and/or refrigeration requirements.
- Accurately gathers medications and supplies according to specifications of non-compounding records.
- Label prepared non-compounded products.
- Package and label prepared medication orders, insuring drug related supplies, and education materials are included.
- Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member/patient data.
- Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy team.
- Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Access, input, and retrieve prescriptions and medical/lab information from computer system.
- Verify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claims.
- Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies.
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word for documentation, data tracking, reporting, and interdisciplinary communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Washington
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
- Ability to work onsite at 8131 W Bostian Rd Suite A345, Woodinville, WA 98072
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
- Completion of a pharmacy technician certification program (CPhT)
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
- Experience working as an Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
