Position Summary:

Field Service technicians provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers in a clinical workspace operating as the face for IT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day IT support operations at clinical locations using the current Reliant ticketing system which also includes traveling on site to clinics
  • Provide white gloves services for end-user experience - such as onboarding, technical installation of hardware, answering technical questions and following up with users.  Provide timely and accurate support to the user community
  • IT Support for any escalations from a clinical location
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety and range of hardware and software related problems with operating systems, applications (including vendor software packages), and network configuration; replacing parts as required
  • Adapt to new technologies, process new information and help customers through technological changes. Improves and implements procedures as needed and/or assigned
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of prior experience supporting PCs and printers
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office, or Active Directory
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A+, Comp TIA and / or MCSA Certification

Physical Qualifications:

  • Physical health is sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
