Supervises staff through scheduling, evaluations, training, and personnel decisions, while addressing employee concerns and implementing performance improvement plans. Oversees daily staffing to support patient care needs and ensures high patient satisfaction by resolving concerns and collaborating with physicians. Conducts incident follow-ups and performs clinical duties as needed. Provides leadership, supports teamwork, manages budgets and operational activities, and contributes to policy and program development.

Expected to align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals while providing strategic leadership and decision-making. Responsible for influencing, coaching, and developing teams to achieve high performance, while bringing a strong business perspective to drive program success and address organizational challenges. Communicates effectively with diverse audiences and supports continuous improvement through problem-solving and process management. Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, and professionalism, with a strong commitment to quality patient care and respect for employees.

Creates an empowering environment for medical assistant staff, promoting teamwork, professional development, and continuous quality improvement. Communicates effectively across interdisciplinary teams, leading daily huddles and coordinating patient care activities. Monitors and adjusts patient flow, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and access standards, while supporting telephone operations and resource management. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining necessary equipment and supplies to support clinical operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to include problem solving skills and the ability to communicate via written reports
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, team building and organizational skills
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
